| Services We Provide Laura's Vacation Rentals provides excellent customer service to owners and renters. Similar to corporate agencies in the area, renters are required to sign a legally binding rental agreement and provide a copy of their driver's license. However, we tailor each property agreement to fit the owner's specifications and needs for their property (which includes each property's own unique rental rules and regulations). This is done to protect the owner's property. For leases six months or over, we require the renter to sign a lease agreement. Rental agreements are furnished to the renter via e-mail for their fast, convenient review. |
